i look forward to summer every year — i’ve basically been in school my whole life, so i’ve been lucky enough to have a dedicated summer period where i don’t work and get a well-deserved respite from the chaos of the year. this year, i decided to keep things simple and stay close to home, focusing on routines and rhythms. as things wind down, i’m persevering through the anxiety of school starting back up and maintaining my cool.
